Delivery Options
Orders will be shipped to the verified billing or approved shipping address provided at checkout, or held at a carrier facility for secure pickup at our discretion.
Verification Requirement
We reserve the right to require identity verification before shipment. Orders may be delayed or canceled if verification requirements are not satisfied.
Risk of Loss
All shipments are fully insured during transit. Risk of loss and responsibility transfer to you upon confirmed delivery and signature at the designated address or carrier location.
Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, JohnnLux LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
High Value Goods Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that all items sold are high value goods. You agree to take appropriate measures to secure delivery and safeguard the package immediately upon receipt.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
Returns
Inspection Period
You have 24 hours from confirmed delivery to request a return.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- The item must remain unworn
- No sizing, adjustments, or alterations
- No damage or modification
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
Return Approval
All returns must be requested and approved before being shipped back.
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
Inspection and Refund
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
If approved, a refund will be issued. If the condition has changed in any way, the return may be rejected.
Final Sale
After the 24 hour inspection period, all sales are final with no exceptions.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Normal wear or post-delivery damage
- Changes in preference or buyer's remorse after the inspection window
- Issues disclosed prior to sale
- Mechanical performance variations consistent with pre-owned watches
Fraud and Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns, cancel orders, or deny future transactions in cases of suspected:
- Fraud
- Return abuse
- Chargeback abuse
- False claims
Information may be shared with payment processors or fraud prevention services as permitted by law.
Chargebacks
You agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute.
Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in denial of future service.
