You agree:
- Condition grading is subjective
- Photographs are part of the description
- You are responsible for reviewing all details
Failure to ask questions before purchase is your responsibility.
Authenticity and Expert Limitation
We use commercially reasonable methods to evaluate watches.
You acknowledge:
- Authenticity determinations are opinions

No guarantee is made regarding:
- Originality of all components
- Manufacturer conformity
- Future verification outcomes
Pricing, Errors, and Order Control
Listings are not binding offers.
We reserve the absolute right to:
- Cancel orders
- Correct errors
- Refuse transactions
Including after checkout but before acceptance.
Payment, Verification, and Fraud Protection

- Delay or cancel transactions

Failure to comply results in cancellation.
Shipping and Risk Transfer
All shipments are insured and require signature. Risk transfers upon confirmed delivery.

Inspection Period
